Professional, Reliable, Friendly and lovely finish

Francisco & Denise were hired to repair a ceiling from a leak from the old roof above. – and to repair the faults that the previous roofing company that did the fix originally but did an awful repair job, causing leaking to continue.
I’ve dealt with many builders in the past and I can honestly say, finding these two was like finding a diamond in a huge mine. They were friendly, clean, and no request was too much for them. They repaired everything to a high finish, were thorough and are lovely to deal with as well which is a huge bonus. They really know their stuff and put everything right to a superb finish and all at a very reasonable price too.
I honestly can’t fault them and I will certainly be using them again in the future. If you can get to do any work with them, book it up – they are busy for a reason, they are simply brilliant and have no hesitation to recommend them.
An incredible power couple, both complementing each other perfectly. Thank you for an amazing job F & D and I am looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Impressive work ethic, they spare no time or effort until the customer is fully satisfied with the results, down to the smallest detail. Excellent communication and punctuality – prompt responses on email, detailed replies to all my queries. Clarity of terms: very detailed quote, containing the breakdown of all tasks and specifying materials included, no surprises or misunderstandings. Very reasonably priced services. I don’t know where to start. I have too many good things to say about these amazing people. The amount of time and effort put in was amazing. There are absolutely no faults with my living room now and I never thought it would be possible. We had the worst uneven walls and I just didn’t think it could even be corrected and look as good as it does now. My front room has been transformed and I am forever grateful. I had a quote on Monday and by Wednesday night it was all finished!! Literally couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much.

I’m delighted with the bathroom!

I’m delighted with the work that Francisco did on my bathroom. It included installing a new shower, removing the electric shower and filling holes in the tiles, laying a new floor, installing a shower screen, and installing a new light fitting. He was incredibly helpful from the moment he arrived to first see the job and quote, and was knowledgeable about what was needed and refreshingly honest.
He stayed in touch before the job and advised on what I needed first, and sent recommendations. In terms of the work, he arrived on time and was exceptionally tidy and clean while completing the work in good time. The quality of the work is very high, and exceeds what I was expecting.
Overall, he was brilliant and I would definitely recommend him. I will be using Cisco for any future jobs that I need doing. Thanks again – I’m delighted with the bathroom!

I have hired F&D Buildings Limited to do the painting on my ceiling that was caused by a water leak from the Flat above mine. Francisco who done the painting is a very pleasant and honest man, he communicated well with me from looking at the job, providing reasonable price to completion of the job. I’m a very satisfied customer!!

Francisco did an amazing job on our bathrooms. We were having both of our bathrooms gutted and redone. He completed the job in a timely manner and was very clean, tidy and conscious of the fact we were still living in the flat whilst the renovations were taking place. The quality and finishing on the work was exceptional and we are very pleased with the final work. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking at a bathroom renovation.


